If i bring my throttle body to someone who can calibrate my tps for my microtech will it work the same as bringing my whole car?

manny.. I got a polished throttle body and was kind of afraid to switch them out. I know it would need to be reset to zero. It kind of exlains how to do it in the manual w/ the handcontroller but I have the Dash unit. I am going to wait until Gaby comes back and do it then. Garret

go to the tpscal screen and move it up and down till you see a lil asterist next to the #. Either that or till you get the yellow light steady on while the car is off but on the "on" position..

you need to do it with the the tps on the car... and adjust it from there.... I know that in mine, there were like 3 settings that kept in with the *. Choose the one in the middle..

I calibrated my TPS Like the manual says, but for some reason at full throttle it only reads at 45% on the dash unit.
Anyone know whats going on?

im not sure about the dash.. but look for somewhere that says idle or load... if it says idle when you are idling then switches to load when you accelerate hard... then its doing its job.. not even acc hard.. till it reaches max throttle %
