my car was hessitatng at around 3000 so i moved the rpm stage to 4000 and it did not hessitate till them, i then moved the stage to 6500 and ran fine till then.
if i move it to 7500 will if fix my problem?, also with the stage so high woun't it affect my secondaires coming on?

Yes, it affects the secondaires coming on.
The reason for the hesitation might be because the car is getting a big dose of fuel when the secondaries come on.

What size of injectors are in the car?

If they are stock injectors, then I would lower the stage to about 35-45%, The Rpm to 4500, Then take out fuel from the load map where the scondaries are coming on.
Watch the O2 reading that you don't go to lean.
