PSI problems.....

The boost It hits 162psi in microtech program all the time, but in reality its only -13hg.

What can it be????

The map sensor inside the microtech or is it the program that is wicked?

And it flows to much fuel so the engine shuts allmost off!
It does not go further 3000rpm easely I have to be very careful on the TPS and then maybe it goes upp to 4000rpm but then it goes off.
And the boost presure jumps all the time between -13hg to 140 - 160psi.
Iam so fu**** mad so I cant think any more.....
Is there anyone her, who has a clue?

Where do you have the MT vacuum line running to? If it's not already there, run it to the first of the three nipples on the Upper Intake Manifold, post-TB (the ones facing the alternator). That nipple should be a clean vacuum/boost source.

If you are taking the boostpressure on the nipple on the intake runner against the firewall, then that would be your problem.

If you only get it off one runner, especially the secondaries, the signal will pulse alot due to reversion mainly of the exhaust pulse.
