Problem with my microtech program

I have problems with my microtech program, when I try to record a map of the ECU to my laptop I get an error and close the program, someone has dealt with it?

Somewhat figured my issue out. Turns out my ECU was too old to have MAP loads. Had to use screen shots. i'm using the LTX-8.
