is there a way to alter the length of how long the microtech primes the fuel pump for?

everytime i turn the key the microtech primes my pump for at least 20 seconds
with a stock ecu the pump would prime for 5 seconds max

this is sucking the juice out of my battery causing hard starts

 

I can assure you that your hard starts have nothing do with the microtech priming neither should you be waiting for it to be prime before you start cranking.
If you have a hard start your problem is elsewhere.
