No spark lt8, please help.

Hey guys, i dont post much on here, but would appreciate some help.

Little back ground. old school lt8, s4 turbo, stock coils. Ran fine in my old 88 turbo, is now in my 90 convertible. My 88 was my drift car, and after 4 years i finally hit a wall pretty hard. The electrical sound conditioner on the coil +12v wire (blk yellow) broke and shorter out on the brake master during the crash, blew the 40amp fuse and fried the wire. I have since swapped everything into my convertible, running the s5 chassis harness. I have 12 volts at the coil (leading) with key on, and it drops to about 11 v during cranking. I get a about 1-2 volts during cranking on the green/yellow during cranking and it pulses, but no spark. When i go into my microtech, its not receiving any rpm signal during cranking and the output gauge is pegged at 12st (m sec). any ideas would be great, thank you.

If you have no RPM signal then the Microtech is not receiving a signal from the CAS.
