If you dont have a dongle you need to purchase one or you cant use the laptop software.

 

aer you going to get the maps updated or you gonna stop at 20 psi? seems a bit low for such a killer turbo. id be running around 27 with meth on that thing!

 

Yes need the laptop software and need to find a location to purchase the cable to connect laptop and ecu... any suggestions?

You can use the handset.
in terms of safety, whether you use the laptop or the handset its the same.
