check the wiring to the cas, if it is not working when spinning something is not right there,
if it sparks in test mode then its not the wiring to the coils

UPDATE!!

I found a frayed wire on the CAS I replaced the connector. I got the car to fire but it runs awful it shut down and now doesnt want to start I was getting a lot of smoke (smelled like unburnt fuel also A/F was about 9 on wideband. Im getting spark on test and crank, but something is wrong. Both coils are firing under test.

The car was running fine. I took it out of service fixed an oil leak replaced turbo gasket, and oil pan. Removed alternator and pulleys for powdercoating, I did not remove CAS. I installed the alt It was not charging so I replaced it with the original I installed everyting back and this is the result.

Please help I have not made any changes other than test mode with the hand set

Please tell me where to start

UPDATE.

I got the car to run after installing plugs. It still is running rich as hell. I took a ride A/F was around 9 or ten even while coast down, Im hearing engine interference in the radio for the first time. I going to reground everything and also change plug wires.
