microtech optional functions

anyone uses the decel , boost cut , rev cut functions? i wonder it will hurt our engine........

I used boost cut.... never hit it though (I set it 3psi above my max boost in 4th gear).

I use the decel func.
Seems to me saving me a bit of money thats all.
No ill effects so far.

It only cuts fuel on decel.

The other two cuts cut the fuel flow off completly. So it SHOULDN'T be a problem... the engine should stop firing all together, not run lean and detonate..

But I guess there is always the chance that could happen...

thats what i was afraid to mess around the function cause i read somewhere it says it will cut off fuel on decel or boost cut which means the engine will go lean and go BOOM?
