Microtech Accessories

Im about to fit an LTX-8 into my series 5. I want to know a few things:

* Is is worth getting a dash mount or be done with just the hand controller. ( i really only want it cause its got a shift light and a decent aftermarket shift light costs close to $200 so i may as well;

* Can you buy any Microtech guages such as e.g. A/F ratio or something that plugs directly plugs into the ECU. ( i think i saw something on the white Rigoli WRX)

The dash is good,

think of it this way it saves you buying a shift light, boost guage, water temp guage, and can be used as a oil pressure warning as well. they are worth the money!!

The a/f meters are a seperate unit, they are around the $1300 mark, they wont plug into a LT/LTX8,

i think i might just keep the autometer air/fuel guage i got. What other stuff do i need to buy to have it set up with an oil pressure warning light or however it works.

Nothing - the dash unit has the warning lights integrated. All you do is program the unit the way you want it (it's easy to do and documented).

for oil pressure you will need a oil pressure switch, most engines have one as standard,
