Map Sencer?
Hi all.
I am just intrested in the Map sencer set up on the LTX12.
What i would like to know is does it use the stock 2bar (unless its been uprated to a 3 bar) or does it use a complete diffrent set up?
Also how reliable would you say a Map sencer is? if i use my stock one and keep the Boost down is there any chance it will be worn ie. give a bad reading?
Having said all this i would like to point out my new engine will be running under 14psi and so would not realy need a 3bar, basicly i would be buying one for the sake of it.
Cheers
Chris

Eh? It's always been this way. "2 Bar" was always just a convenient way of differentiating between the standard and 3 Bar MAP sensors. We've begun to cease using that term, however, since the standard MAP sensor is actually a 20 PSI unit.
