i had to search on here how to connect my grey wires for ignition, and i hope i got em all right. My question was do you tap into the wires on the coils or do you cut the wires on the coil so the grey wire is the only wire going in to the coil connection?

luckily i had emailed Jon about something else and he answered my question.

 

Generally when I do them, I add a connector to the stock harness that allows the Microtech harness to be plugged into it. That avoids having to slice up the stock body harness.

 

i dont suppose anyone can tell me what that grey wire is for?

The spare one on the ignitor. Im not sure what it is but ive never had to connect it.
