I have a microtech lt8s and i have connected successfully to the computer with a dongle and serial to usb adapter. When i go under the functions to click any of the following i can not get into anything. It doesn't tell me any message it just closes the drop down menu. Am i missing something? am i locked out? Some help would be appreciated.

You have to send the computer back to aus for a reset.

thanks for the help! I considered all the possibilites and it turns out the user before me password proctected it so i am on my way now.
