Lean spike when secondary injectors come on

Guys, I'd like to know what can cause my engine to go lean when the secondary injectors come online. It has done this since I got it running. During my dyno tune, wherever we set the secondary injectors to come on 3k to 5k, The engine would spike lean for a little less than a second then be fine. In thinking about it, the only thing I can think of as the problem is the Microtech is somehow bad (LTX-8). Anybody got any ideas what else could be wrong? And on a related note, what's it cost for a factory repair of these ECU's? I'm thinking I may need to send it back. Thanks for any help.

Current setup;
Stock T2 motor
BNR stage 3 turbo
1600cc secondary injectors
TID mod
Racing Beat turbo back exhaust
Microtech LTX-8 ECU

It could also be your grounding. I had a same problem. After putting some new and thicker gauge the problem went away.
