idles like crap

took my friend and his girlfriend for drive the other night and i put my handset on the back seat next( i know i shouldn't have) to where he was sitting. my car was going sweet untill i got back to my freinds house and then it started to idle really rough. when i put my foot down it still rough for a little bit then it gets going and its fine i can feel a little bit of miss when criusing and its fine on decel. he didn't know my hanset was on my back seat he could of put his hand on it or something he was a bit drunk. ive checked all the leads, coil packs plugs checked for vacuum leaks. im thinking that he might of accidently changed something on it anybody got any ideas??

check your TPS calabration,

it will cause rough idle and a slight miss.
