Sounds like you have a TII and you just eliminated the stock emissions harness?

The wipers are part of that harness. You need to salvage it.

The coolant level sensor is part of the front harness so I have no idea why it is effected. Perhaps it is just unplugged?

its an fd , and i take out the whole harness going to the computer,i did the patch harness like somebody write it up here on the tranny section, i got my speedo and reverse lights working, also i run a wire to the coolant sensor on the back plate and thats working too. the coolant level sensor is not plugged to anything since the harness its gone, i tried to ground the connector that is behind the power steering pump wich is were this wire loop into and change from brown to a blue and yellow wire going to the alternator harness but the buzzer still there and the red light on the coolant also, coolant its not low.i ended up unpluging a connector going to a black box on the drivers kick panel and the buzzer went away for now,but theres other wires there that im not sure if i need that plugged in.i just need to figure out wich wire i have to ground or disconnect at the cluster or at that black box so in can reconnect the plug back and not having this damn buzzer.
