Unhappy Help coil problems car wont start

Couple of months ago i took my car to get a new paint job,i removed the engine and some other stuff but l left the microtech loom on the car(big mistake)The harness got all fucked up in the process of the car getting painted and to finish things up one of the guys at the body shop cut off the coil harness and some other ****,i got a new MICROTECH loom from them and now im kinda stock, confused lost with the install,I did follow the SCHEMATIC(i didnt do the original install by myself) but i only managed to get spark at trailing and nothing on leading, according to the manual the pink 12 volt trigger wire goes to the fuel pump relay and then to the TAN wire on the leading coil, the GREY BLUE wire or leading 1&2 goes to the PINK wire on the leading coil(that part of the install is correct)now do i leave the original harness that come out of the car and hooks to the leading coil connected?or it does get bypassed with the microtech? Now on the trailing coil according to the manual i need to run a 12 volt trigger wire to each of the TAN color wires on the coil, can i use the same PINK wire that goes to the fuel relay and leading coil to get the 12 volts?Do i leave the original harness connected or does it get bypassed by the microtech? On trailing number 2 everything is connected right and the TACH works when i crank, fuel pump relay clicks and the pumps runs but again i have no spark can somebody please help?sorry for the long post guys and thanks

Wow

Pana remove the original wire harness and just use the one from microtech is easy to deal with that one with the diagram.
