I browsed a bit but im honestly a tad lost and very new to rotaries and don't want to pop a new motor

I also have bosch coils

 

Use the 550 primaries base map stickied at the top and change mixtrim to about -20.
should get you running stay out of boost and use minimal revs to get to the tuner.
