Fuel Relay from Microtech

A relay came with my LT10 unit and the documentation describes that it is used for the fuel pump. Does this relay replace the current one in the car (2nd Gen) that is located on the driver side fender near the fire wall? If not, then where should it be mounted?

Also, I have an unlabeled single pink wire. Am I correct in thinking it goes to the leading coil?

Thanks,
Robert

One pink wire goes to the ignition switch so,thats the one that activates the ecu when you turn the car on,the other one goes to the fuel pump.In all actuality its the same wire they just split it while in the harness. The fuel pump relay it brings is the one you should use, just rewire it so you dont use the old relay.

im not sure if you can or cant, i rather just use the new one than the old one,its better to do it right the first time than have to go back and redo things.

Could someone please take a picture of the relay and post it? I'd also like to see how the fuse is wired.
