Electric fan not coming on.

Ok I've had my electric fan wired up to my lt10 for a long time now with usually no problems whatsoever. Well I just got in my car the other day to test all the vitals etc... and found that my fan is not kicking on. I can hear the relay kicking on and off but my fan is not turning on. Well the fan is an old fiero gt fan that had been making noices for the past year so I made the mistake of changing the fan under an assumption. Well the new fan just came in today and it is doing the same thing (not turning on). So I changed out the relay and it did the same thing. Well I took a multimeter to it and checked to see what voltage the possitive was getting when the relay was switched on and I was getting 12 volts. I'm at a loss guys this would mean the fan is good, relay is good, and voltage is good. Can you guys think of anything else?

nevermind, found the plastic covering for the ground side somehow melted inside the connector so it wasn't getting a good ground however when I would check it with a mulitmeter it would show fine.
