I need to know the AFR numbers and timiing figures to tune with for E85. basicly the high vac, low vac, and boost. and then should i change my timing from where it is now? or will it not be an issue (since its a higher octane)?

If you are using a wide band calibrated for gasoline, just use gasoline numbers.

 

gas with a 15% ethanol. . .

we call that e10 here in australia.

 

e85 is actually ethanol with 15% gas.
