controller not turning on. help ASAFP

my car wont start and the only reason i can come up with is the fact that my microtech controller wont turn on. engine acts like it isnt getting fuel. which i think it isnt because of the microtech. it was running earlier in the day, i shut it off, came back mabe 20 min later and my car wouldnt start, and controller wouldnt turn on. anyone have a possible answer for this?

red wire directly to the battery, black wire directly to negative side of battery. controller doesn't have to come on to start
