What kind of mS sould I be seeing during cold weather cranking? I have stock 550 in the primary rail, and 720s in the secondary. The car started decently in warm weather, but now that its anywhere between 20 and 40 deg.F, the car just will not start.

I'm seeing around 11.xx - 12.xx mS injector open time after all adjustments (on the output screen)?
Is this too much? Is the car just getting flooded and the plugs fouled?
