Can a MT4 be converted to 3 bar?

Can I send my MT4 to Microtech to be converted to a 3 or 4 bar set up?

Yes you can. But its not worth the money. Trust me.
Sell it. Buy a lt10s with 3 bar. WILL WORK OUT CHEAPER!
