Microtech blown main fuse

blown main fuse

i started my car yesterday it ran fine.then i dissconnected the battery over night then reconected it today and went to start the car and it wouldnt start..i checked the main fuse for the microtech and it was blow...what can cause this? could it happen from dissconecting the battery?

so now as soon as i try to put a fuse in it blows..wtf it ran fine and i didnt change anything i need help asap please

check to make sure the there is no wires grounding out like the pink wire or any others.

im gonna go over the wires again today..what wires could cause it to blow? any of them or just the power wires?

It takes effort to blow the main fuse. If any of the smaller wires (such as the pink) was grounding out it would burn before the fuse blew. Try disconnecting the alternator.

i figured it out..i took the upper intake off and found the ijector wires were pinched against the primary fuel rail so they got hot and wore through and grounded out on the rail..runs fine now after rewiring
