Base Map Help!

I think I might of just got the deal of a lifetime. I'm being offered a Microtech LT-10 and MT-4 for $500, but the only downside is that the base map is for a toyota tacoma. What can I do about this? I don't want to send it to Microtech because they will probably charge me an arm and a leg to change the map. Is there a way that I can do it myself?

I turned down the offer. I guess if no one can help me it's not worth it.

not really, the microtech firmware is setup for the car the system is going on.. if he had bought it he would have had to send it to microtech to be reflashed and re-setup anyways at a minimum cost of $200 for the changes.
