Aux 1 and 2 not working?

My tuner tried EVERYTHING to see if they were functioning, and apparently not at all. What's going on here? Is there something obvious we are over looking?

Hi, look at these two files.
Maybe you have a wiring problem, or look at "screen 29" in your manual.
