anyone have base map peramaters?

i'm having trouble getting this thing setup properly, won't idle below 1500RPMs... all sensors are reading accurately. i'm just trying to troubleshoot everything to find out why it is dumping fuel when the throttle is idled down, i figure the base maps should be close but i have tried just about every adjustment and still can't get it cured.

My idle was all fucked up too and adjusting the idle map didnt help. I adjusted the load map tho, and it's a little better. but it still fluctuates.

What values do you need ?

fuel?
ignition?
all of the 33 screens?

Just an info, there is no option to "save" a map in a file on your PC. It's just possible to save is to your laptop adaptor.

the install is ok, it fired up and ran but wouldn't idle down without throttle input. i got a little *** backwards and set up a few things incorrectly while learning the programming functions and the maps got all fubared up. i assumed there would be a copy of the base map saved but unfortunately the map is so obcure now it needs to be completely redone, i can get the fuel maps done as i know piston engines but rotary and ignition timing is a new beat to me...

on another note i have my microtech uninstalled still, i am planning on hooking it up to his car and writing down the info for reference then manually putting it into his setup. or is there a way that i can save the info to the cable and upload it to his microtech? i couldn't find much info about where each of the data is actually stored at.

i also have a laptop and i am ordering a laptop adapter for my unit, would this be an easier way to fix the problem or do the maps on his need to be manually installed completely now or is there even a way to load up the stock maps now without sending it back to microtech?

both he and i want to get the car finished so we can sleep at night.

if you have a lt handset you can save the maps onto that, just go to the "save map to memcal1" option and hold the program button, then plug handset into your ecu and choose the "load maps from memcal1" and it will load that map onto your car

i got my maps loaded into his car, saved the map on both controllers... you guys should save them to keep dumb asses like me from doing this type of thing.

seems like one of the coils is not firing, the only questionable thing to me is the wiring to the coils as the pages for the ignition were not in either my or his booklets...
