Megasquirt v3.0 question on inverted ingnition

v3.0 question on inverted ingnition
I was reading the megamanual on step 51 it says if you don't want inverted spark to jumper tsel to vrout. But on another link I found for rotary it says to go from tsel to vroutinv which one is the right one. Thank you help is alway appreciated and needed.
