Thanks for all the help
Finally got everything right. Starts, idles and runs great, better than it ever has even. Thanks for all the help and for putting up with my sometimes repetitive questions and many times stupid questions.
Biggest issue that I finally found was getting the base fuel setting right in the basic settings screen. Initially found recommendation of 9.6 for fuel but that was way, way too much, but didn't change it for a long time thinking I had something else wrong. Finally decided to believe in the calculator and let it figure out what I needed. Put in the flow rates based upon stock injectors for an NA based upon specs in the FSM which came out to be around 460 CC/Min. Still too rich, then used 550 CC/Min after more research and seeing several other references to this number. That got the car to start and run so then was able to start the real job of tuning. Current initial fuel requirement is set a 4.3.
Also while working through all the other possibilities I did find that I had leaking seals (where the went into the fuel rails) on all of the injectors so replaced those while I had the car torn down, so some good came out of that as well.
Only have a couple of minor non-MS issues left to clean up and the car will be back on the track in no time.
