Well, I'm back in TN for a very short while in hopes to get my FC at least moving enough to get it out of the garage that I'm renting for it. I'm in the process of moving, so I need to get the car out.

The car starts ok and idles as good as I would expect. After about 6secs or so, the idle will increase on its own to about 2500rpm, the engine cuts out and I cannot keep it running after that. I can give it gas, and rev the crap out of it, but still can't get it to stay running after 6secs.

In the datalogs, if I am on the gas at all the RPM will spike way high at the point of shut down. In one log it went to 22k RPM.

I've ran through all the settings in MegaTune countless times. I'm running the 024s9 wheel decoder. TSEL is jumpered to VROUTINV. I've got both MS grounds going to the same point on top of the rear rotor housing, and the a ground going from there to the chassis, and a ground going from that same point on the chassis, to the battery.

I've ran out of ideas, I'm stuck.

Um, what does "Engine" mean in the MegaLogViewer?
While the car is running, its value is 1, at the point of no return it jumps to 33.

This is stopped being fun a long time ago.

that is 100001 in binary, so that means another bit in the engine byte got set... Basically it's a status byte that has individual bits set depending on operating conditions.

According to the code, this looks like the ms thinks it's in deceleration enleanment. What do you have that set to in the accel wizard? Also, you might have a noisy TPS line... try setting your TPS threshold higher.

If you're having a problem, it would be good to post datalogs and msqs as it's very hard to help without those.

I'll post up my msq and some datalogs as soon as I can. I don't have a way of getting them online at the moment.

I don't have any RPM spikes anymore, it seems that the sheilding from diyautotune harness wasn't meeting the stock CAS wire sheilding well. But, I still have the same shut-off problem. It seems time dependent, which doesn't make any sense.

Well, I found the problem. The fuel pump was priming the system, but not staying on.

It's great to hear this car rumble again. Brap Brap Brap Brap Brap.....
