Question reguarding MS-II

I was wondering if I bought:
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=119

If I could use that to replace my current system.

Thanks!

You'll need a few other parts that aren't included there in order to replace your stock ECU + SAFC-II, and it depends on how you want to run the engine how many more parts you'll need.

There are several threads in this section that detail what you need though, including the FAQ.

I didn't plan on using it with my SAFC-II. I was planning on selling that.

The MS-II does all the A/F stuff right? And ignition timing too right? basically a standalone?

I didn't think you were going to use the SAFC-II with it, that wouldn't make sense... I was saying basically that the MS can be used to replace only the SAFC-II, or to replace the stock ECU + SAFC II combination.

Ahhh gotcha.

Ya, I just plan on removing both stock ecu and safc-II. No need to have both.

I just want a full standalone.

Thanks!
