New prob with ms2 keep haing to retune each startup??

ok so me an DJ55b figured that if my bov was leaking vac differently each time it closes and opens and or shut the car of that would make change the "tune" as there would be different amount of vac each time for the amount of fuel... so i got a real greddy type R BOV sound good never seams to leak and i still have the same prob. i can tune the car and never shut it off, it il take cut down the amount of fuel on my fuel ve map and set it to where i like it. 14-15afr while cursing and 11.5ish range while in boost. all is well car pulls hard (and lost of loss of traction going ) any ways once i shut the car off give it 10 seconds to bleed all vac out of the system, the fire the car up its WAY WAY to lean it pegs my wide band at 21.7. so i import my taller richer map allowing me to drive the car. now once im running it seam fine but when i hold the throttle steady my ars go from 15-21 back and forth back and forth if i accelerate with this richer map its ok but its just my base tune.... if i let the car fully cool down then i can use my rich map and once its fully hot i can drive ok tune is rich but it drives ok and i can hold the throttle and afrs seam ok.

when i tune car leaner (14-15 with no load and 10.5-11.5 under boost) with out shutting the car off it runs so so so dam good makes me all happy inside. but each time i shut off the car it some thing happens that i have to start all over.

im running the 1.0.2 firm ware with stock coils street ported stock turbo 3" exhaust. 3" FMIC all temps are good.

thanks for your help.

To get this straight, if you start the car and run it, it seems to be fine. Then you shut it down, restart it, and it's lean? How much runtime do you give it once it is lean? The engine is naturally going to run lean for a few seconds after it is restarted, which is taken care of by the afterstart enrichment.

What are your air temp measurements during this. Maybe post a datalog? Make sure your wideband is reading correctly on the 'Squirt first.

Go to the new firmware already. Don't waste time tracking down any issues on firmware that is no longer being developed since it means twice the work.

True that. il swat that before i repost see what happens. but ya il run it for 5 min to with no luck it could take up to 3 restarts to get it going back to where it was or it might not go back at all. but ya il update the firm ware first.
