need help with zeal daughterboard and main board pinouts

on the DIYautotune site on how to install the wires from the daughterboard to the main board. The instructions are for a MS2, I have a MS1, is the instruction still the same?

Is there a way to check which pin goes to what its suppose to do?
The board I have was bought already preassembled with the zeal board installed, I am going over all the wiring and connections before hooking it up to my car.
Pin 24 for some reason is NE- instead of NE+, atleast thats what I can understand from the S4 harness adapter it came with. Unless the guy has the NE- and + reversed on the S4 harness, because I though Pin 24 is wired to only be + of a VR system.

I am going through the db37 pins and figuring out which pin goes where and it seems that all pins goes inline with what the pin outs of Aarons, and the official one aside from the rx7 specifics, like the CAS and coils.
I used Aarons pinout picture as a base, sorry for stealing it :P

I am going to make a new harness to fit my S5.
I am trying to use the main board VR to operate the NE, and the zeal daughter board to operate the G. The daughterboard only has one of the VR installed and its in the U2 slot of the board.

EDIT : Ok so I looked at the official pinout and see the option pins, it seems that my board is backward in the NE hookup. On mines, Pin 8 is NE+ which is suppose to ne NE-, and pin 24 on mines is NE-, which is suppose to be NE+. Will it matter much if its backwards like that??, I mean the pin out on the board is correct since you cant change those pins to anything else, so the S4 harness adapter is wrong then.

How can I tell which VR2 on the daughterboard is positive or negative?

well, I finally figured out that the wire for the Pressure regulartor solenoid valve is the tach output. The spr4 (pin 6) is connected to the out 1 of the zeal board. The in1 on the zeal board is connected to JS3 on the main board.

Ive also had trouble getting the rpm in the stimulator to work, but it turns out previous owner wired Tsel to Vrout, and not Vroutinv, I corrected it and the rpm reads smoothly for the stimulator.

Also, for the PWM control on the zeal board, the idlein is connected right, its connected to the bottom of R19, but the idleout is connected to the bottom pin of Q4 instead of the banded side of D8. Should I change the wire connection to make it correct or is where the wire is at now safe.

Verneuil, thats the first thing I looked at
