When I am viewing my car settings and I am hooked to the internet I am asked to upgrade to the version shown below.

TunerStudio MS version 2.5.05

Will this version work with the MS3Pro set up or should I stick with the MS3Pro_Setup_V2.0.8.exe which is working fine.

What are the major changes between the two versions?

If it is OK to up grade and if so is there any thing I should be aware of that may have an effect on my MS3Pro settings or communication with the MS3Pro in the car?

I did that and it upgrades to new features, such as VE idle autotune. So you probably should do it.
