AZ ms1 works untill boost hits then it misses REALY bad

recap on the car, its a fb with a 1/2 bridge 12a thats got about 1200 mi on it, fc intake,tb, turbo, and coils, 550cc primary and 920cc secondary injectors.

the car is running pretty good untill it hits 100-120 kpa at which time it starts missing realy bad and the temp jumps from 180 deg, to 200 deg and the exaust manifold starts glowing,

What is that attachment? TunerStudio won't open it (had to rename it to .MSQ) and it's not a CSV file as would be generated by datalogging.

What are your AFRs when the car starts hesitating? How long does it take to increase the temperature?

My guess is that it's simply way too rich, there isn't enough timing (don't just add timing to test!) or boost ignition cut is enabled...

i dont know if you driving coils with ms, but when your spark plugs misfire( due to fouling, carbon build up) its going to do "resets" ms1 ecu.

the attachment should have been my msq zipped, ill try it again tomarrow when i have the laptop. afr is 11-10 when it starts missing, when it starts it takes maby 2 min to go from 180 to 200 deg and the turbo manifold will be glowing cherry red. my timing is set per your write up ( Aaron cake), should it be differant being a half bridge??

i dont remember seeing boost ignition cut in the set up stuff, but that sounds about like what its doing. ill check that.

rx7vadim; i dont understand what you mean?? are you saying after it missfires when im driveing it will continue to do it untill??? i power cycle the ms, replace plugs?

going over the settings, overboost is set at 250 kpa and baro correction was set at 119kpa, im thinking that was a problem, i reset it to 90 kpa for a test and ill run the car this weekend.

Haha Baro of 119 kPa would be at 4500 feet BELOW sea level.

90kPa is about 3200 feet ASL.
