What is the s5 rx-7s method for idle control from the factory

I have the upper and lower and tb intake. So do the have a tps aswell as a motor that opens the butterflies a little bit to adjust idle speed.

I noticed two sensor/motor looking things onthe intake.

How am I going to control the idle speed.

 

The S5 and S4 both use what they call the "BAC" valve...
