MS I 3.0 suddenly won't enrich
I'm running my MS box at work and letting it just run for a while. I downloaded the new megatune and hooked everything up at my office, but now the 3rd LED won't light when I blip the throttle. I went to realtime data, and the MS isn't activating the enrichment. Any ideas what I've changed? I've also found that the CLT and RPM pots on the stim are much more sensitive and have a different range. Do I just need to run EasyTherm to recalibrate? If so, what are good values to use from the stim pots?
Check all the config settings in MegaTune. You might have the accel enrichment V/s threshold set way to high, or have configured it for map-base enrichment rather than tps. If the TPS signal in MegaTune still shows normal movement, then it's just a matter of setting everything up properly. Same goes for the RPM and CLT signals. If you re-flashed to a new code version, then you should use EasyTherm to generate new CLT and IAT tables, and download the new embedded code (.s19 file) to the MS. Don't worry about stim pots, as they are for bench-test purposes anyways, and don't need to match the actual sensors in the vehicle.
