ms died after hitting large bump on the road

I was driving along the highway and hit a very large bump. Right after I got crazy rpm spikes and car would not stay running. I check every thing. Grounds and all wires, could not fix it. I though I fried the ecu. I test it on the stim when I got the car towed home. It work perfect on the stim. Before it happen I just hooked up a egt sensor it would not work right kept flashing on and off. I was not able to read the temps. I don't know if the egt problem has anything to do with it.

I have driven this road several time before with no problem. I was going a little faster this time. I think I might have got a little airtime. I have full coil-overs so the car ride really rough. Any suggestion were to start looking for a problem. I did notice one of the injector fuses on the ms relay board was dead. All the other fuses looked good.

sounds like a short circuit in your wiring harness... something may have shorted to ground.

Perhaps this is to simple, but check to make sure your processor is in the socket securely. I had a similar problem where I bumped my MS case with a ratched handle, and all of a sudden nothing would work. I opened up the case, and the processor was deceivingly in its socket, yet loose.

Just a thought,
Kris

I found the problem it was one on the CAS wires broke off. The heat wrap was holding it in place.
