MS Builders

I should have bought a built one...too many projects too little time. Are there any people who will build me a rotary ready MS setup if I supply all the parts even though I didn't buy it from them?

Which exact kit did you buy? I can put it together and test it in car but you'll have to send it over the ocean twice. Should be able to find someone more local.

Yeah, I think you're too far

I have an MS1 V3 kit but also have the components to make it an MS2. Also have the daughter card to make the other VR circuit.

I just finished welding up my intake mani tonite so I guess if I dedicate a week to it, I can get pretty far?

With some soldering skill and following the guide you can do it in a few days. And only spending a few hours working on in

For a first timer you could have it finished in ~12 hours. If you have never soldered before I would recommend picking up some other type of electronics kit(headphone amp, led flasher/timer, ect.) and assemble it first.

^12 Hours? dams. I dont know exactly how long i spent. With the Zeal board and the mods needed to do to it i think i spend 8? maybe. IDK. But thinking about it it could def take 12 hours to assembl.

I figure ~12 for a first time, double checking everything, doing all the rotary mods, loading the firmware, and setting it up in megatune for a first start. I estimate all of that took me about 6-7 hours for the first one I built, but I have been soldering and working with electronics for a long time.

I've practiced on some DIY electronics kits before...so really all I need to do is get my butt in gear! OK, will give it a shot.
