Hi guys!

Is there a possibility of conrolling the S4 twinscroll with thw megasquirt?
Or do I have to remove it?

Yes. Use an extra output to run the solenoid. You'll need to add a 2N3904/2N2222A transistor to run the solenoid and then use one of the extra outputs accessed through the More settings: Outputs menu. You can switch it via MAP or RPM.
