well are you going to build it from scratch? if you are, then you will need allot more things. seccond, ditch the stock ecu and ithr go with distributor, or if you wanna get more complicated go with the ms ignition for rotaries. or, you ca dissable the stock ecu's fuel controle and it will adjust timing accordingly, but up untill redline and the stock ecu wont read boost or anything. so unless your going na with a stock port or anything then you wont be happy.

i think that i am going to run the v 3.0 and run full ignition the the ms. Because they said that you can do it with the 3.0 and you just have to replace a chip or something

That's WITH trailing. It had a problem over 3K or so with dropping ign events but scope says that the v3 pulse conditioner/zero crossing detection circuit starts missing some of the VR pulses when they're coming fast. I'm sure it's a matter of playing with the gain/hysteresis pots on the v3 board as I can change the response by fooling with those. I need to get it back on the bench and document the response of that circuit in respect to those pots so I have a handle on what does what. I'm not a huge fan of twiddling pots until it runs clean and not know why or what was incorrect. Your code seems to be just fine at first look. I'll be on the bench this afternoon and may call you if something seems ambiguous.
