Under programming the MS1 or MS2 (MS3 coming soon). You can import the MS2 table into the MS3 if you want.
Honestly the built in VE calculator does a reasonable job to make a table that will start the car.
The other settings are on DIYAutoTune's website.

Of course a base map is just to get the car started. No matter what base map you start with you will need to fully tune the car.

killalot13601: It actually probably isn't that easy to find configuration for an rx7 on ms3pro online since that ECU has not been out very long.
That said, I usually prefer not to share configs out aside from the basics. People get themselves in too much trouble by sharing maps and not modding them for their engines/cars.
