Megalog Calculated HP

Hey does anyone have any experience with the calculated HP field in Megalog Viewer? How accurate is it? The HP numbers I get from Megalog match my iphone dyno numbers but I have yet to get a baseline on a real dyno..

Nice to know. I have a dyno application on my BB Storm that I have been meaning to try out (DynoStorm). I think it is made by the same people that make Dynolicious for the iPhone.

It can be used fairly accurately to test changes to your tune as well.

were dyno numbers higher or lower by 10hp.. higher, higher a conservative calculated number would seem reasonable in my case..

BTW Aaron, you have some really good base maps on your website! The first time my car has ever seen boost I imported your base maps.. made a couple small adjustments, and the car feels waaay quicker than it should!

I just wanted to say thanks!

That scares me.

Those maps are just for startup and basic driving around. I don't recommend anyone just run into boost with them.

ha yea it scared me too. I did not import the map and immediately start spanking on it. I did a little tuning but it didnt take much to get a map going that felt really good.
