I would like to add a knock sensor to my 6 port na 13b. My current ecu is ms2 v 3. Zeal card

What sensors are people using?

Due to the nature of the rotary are people getting false positives on their knock sensor?

Where do you install the knock sensor? Near plugs? Near exhaust?

 

the factory knock sensor is mounted just above the trailing plug on the rear rotor housing. I plan on using the stock sensor. I haven't built/bought the sensing circuit yet.

 

the Rx8 knock sensor is the newest one, and it uses an easy to get bosch connector, so its easy to get. it uses a fancy bolt to bolt right above the spark plugs.
