I have been having issues with a megasquirt install I've been into for a few weeks now(finals have stopped me from making this a weekend affair). recently my center LED stopped working and I don't have any spark coming from my leading coil. I've swapped the coil out, checked my harness (I'm using IAC-2a/pin 29 and D14 to control it, while d15 is what seems to have failed) and I'm not sure what else could be the problem. any ideas? The Ecu sees RPM clearly, or atleast the starter motor's speed.

I know ignition issues can be causes by mixing the Main trigger (24tooth) and home (2 tooth) signals' circuits. Which can show rpm but not produce ignition. However these two are correct. Main trigger uses the onboard VR circuit, while the home trigger uses Jean Belanger's "dual vr" daughter board.

I've noticed that my factory leading coils aren't wired up internally the same way as the one shown in the guide I'm using. Although I'm not sure, but don't believe this matters too much.
