Hi-res code
Anyone running HR code? If so what are your thought on it. I am getting the car road tuned this monday and hopefully dyno in the following weeks to dial in timing as good as posible. I want to know what is the best posible option to run when tunning starts.

I've got about 1000 miles on hi-res now, running great. If you are running hi-z injectors, or lo-z with resistors, then I'd recommend switching. Note that I am running a twin-EDIS ignition setup, but it's my understanding that the rotary ignition should be unaffected by hi-res. How many of those zeal buyers are driving now? Maybe some of them have updated to hi-res?

This is the reason for the thread Does anyone have a direct link to the latest downlod for HR. I think this would be great. BTW i have a 1988 turbo, so it is my understanding that it should be hi imp injectors. Thanx for the reply.

Some of our buyers are running now... we have not heard back from a lot of them too though.
I've seen posts by 3 or 4 of our customers on other parts of this forum saying they got things running and have started tuning. No response from anyone else.
I don't think any of them have upgraded to the hires code, although it'll probably be the default option once we've tested it here a bit more. Meaning we'll probably preload it. I may have to take a break from ms2/extra to get the transition code working again.
In the next couple of weeks we'll have ms2/extra as an option for those who want it, that's accurate down to .66 microseconds (at least that's the OC timer resolution), calculates fuel in 1 rpm intervals, and has more accurate spark during accel and decel, due to using every tooth on the CAS, and always using OC channels for both spark and dwell (and potentially another separate one for trailing, still thinking about how, but I should be able to handle negative split). I will be doing staged injection this week, and trailing the week after.
