I was hoping someone could help me with some cranking settings I've been close with 5-6ms (dual 720's batchfire @ 45psi)

Those seem close as well, if cold starting try a tad more, once you find your sweet spot, I'd try tapering down from that number to the 160 degree box, which should be just a ms or 2 more than your p/w at warm idle.

edit: (This is assuming no cold crank % increase)
