A few issues with new setup.
I've got a few issues with the new setup. For lack of a better word stutter when I first get on the throttle, then theres the manual cruise control option that my car has now somehow acquired, take my foot of the gas and she keep going, the pedal returns but the throttle sticks, I added another spring the the throttle assembly to see if it was sticking but it appears not to be a mechanical problem, so I'm wondering could I have a serious enough vacume leak to cause the rpms to stay or sometimes even rise with the throttle closed ? I have looked all over my upper and lower intakes and don't have any vacume leaks I can see I've plugged everything... Well 1 thing at a time.
After reviewing my logs it looks like my signal from my tps is flakey before the engine rebuilt my logs showed tps @ 100 % steady at WOT, now im seeing much more varied result in the logs its seems to be flucuating between 88 - 100 during WOT.

for the stutter when you get on the gas... you just need to tune accel enrichments...
I'm not sure what's going on with your "cruise control" but nothing in the MS can continue adding enough air to the engine to make it continue going after you lift the throttle... the BAC valve could add air, but I hardly think that'd be enough to keep the car moving a cruising speeds.... are you even using a BAC valve?

No BAC valve.
Any info on accell enrich tuning ? Its funny kuz I looked at the settings I had then I thought I'll just go look at the faq screenshots and HEY! where'd they go lol.
As for the "throttle issue" It has to be mechanical, I removed the first set of butterflies on the secondary portion of the throttle body and in doing so Im wondering if its lessened the spring tension on the throttle return, like I said I jerry rigged a spring up to it and it seemed to help but didn't eliminate the problem. As I understand it, if the tps is 0 or < say 10% then fuel will stop being delivered right ? Im really starting to suspect the TPS may be the culprit here, but now that I think about it, if the throttle plates are closed then no air is going to get in, and if the tps was registering something other than zero, it should only result in a rich condition and not a continuous cruising condition or a rising rpm condition if I stop and put the clutch in. So it must be mechanical. I will be taking the intake off this weekend and inspecting the linkage and spring assemby.
