FD bac valve vs fc bac valve

Since i am running a rew engine I am trying to setup up idle control with the fd valve. But I have no clue if the fd valve works the same as the fc one. I don't know where to search to for this info. Any help would be great thanks.

And also has anyone tried to setup the knock sensor. I have the circuit done and did some test on the stim by hitting the sensor. It detected the hit. Just need to fine tune on the car. Which could be a challenge to get knock to adjust the sensor.

FD and FC valve are functionally the same. The FD valve is listed as running at 244hz according to the service highlights document.

There are two main differences between the two:

1) The FD TB bolts to the back of the UIM and draws air from a passageway cut into the the TB. there is no external hose feeding it

2) the air adjusting screw found on the FC BAC valve is located on the FD TB, between the two lower studs for the TB elbow
